T3 provides us with a hands-on video of LG’s SV420 as known as the Shine. This phone features a TFT-LCD display, 2.0-megapixel camera, brushed aluminum accents, 1GB of built-in memory, music player, and a host of multimedia features. Video after the jump.

Unlike the Chocolate phone, the Shine doesn’t have a touchscreen – a good thing as its mirrored stainless steel shell is a furious collector of thumbprints – instead relying on a wide scroll wheel that clicks satisfyingly round with every nudge. It’s an extremely robust and precise way to navigate the menu screens, although being limited to an ‘up-down’ mechanism can feel a little restrictive

Motorola expands its SLVR line with the ultra slim L7e. It provides a 1.3MP digicam, 20MB of internal memory, MicroSD card slot, a music player, and Bluetooth w/A2DP. The GSM phone supports for both the 850 and 1900MHz bands. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.

The Boy Genius is really genius. He has received word that Pantech will soon be launching their brand new Windows Mobile smartphone device before Xmas. The new Pantech smartphone is rumored to come in the size of a business card, and have three-way slide-out functionality, and various control features. You can only wonder how much battery life this device will have, should the rumored size be correct. A quick search using the Google over the Internets failed to reveal any photos.
