TechFaith Wireless Releases Twins Phone

Chinese TechFaith Wireless has released the Twins phone which is the “first WCDMA/GSM dual mode phone” in the world. The phone allows users to load one WCDMA card and one GSM card or to load dual GSM SIM cards. The Twin phone is available in two versions; the “Dragonfly” and “OMAP”, with the latter having a faster CPU and tri-band network support instead of quad-band. The handset has a 2MP shooter, a 2.8 inch touch sensitive TFT LCD display, 256MB RAM, 64MB ROM, integrated MP3 and MPEG4 playback, a WCDMA modem, Bluetooth connectivity and video call support. There is no info on when this mobile phone will be available in the States.

Auto-Rotate Feature on Nokia N95 Phone

RotateMe for Nokia N95 will be released at the end of November. This software will allow the users to switch their N95 to landscape mode. AT&T Samsung Samsung SGH-A737 Mobile Phone

AT&T and Samsung have announced the availability of the Samsung SGH-a737. Priced at $49.99 after a two-year contract activation agreement and a $50 mail-in rebate, the handset is currently available through selected AT&T retail locations. The phone features the Video Share, AT&T Mobile Music, stereo Bluetooth 2.0 technology, a 1.3MP shooter with video record, external memory microSD cards up to 4GB and advanced messaging options. The mobile phone is available in black/orange, black/blue, black/red and black/lime.
