Tiffany and Co. have collaborated with SoftBank on a phone that costs a whopping $94K. The phone should release in February and will contain 400 diamonds which totals about 20 carats. Can somebody bling-bling?

Here’s another SoftBank release called the Panasonic 822P. The 822P features a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 2-megapixel camera with auto-focus, and a microSD card slot of up to 2GB.With support for up to 200 minutes talk time along with Bluetooth connectivity and support for global roaming. It will be available in gold, white, pink, black, and red. Look for the Panasonic 822P in Japan sometime in February. Pricing is still unknown.

Japan will release a new handset by Sharp that has a full qwerty keyboard, a 3.5-inch 260,000 pixel display with 480 x 854 resolution, and a 2M camera. There will also be support for 1-Seg, international roaming service, HSDPA and Bluetooth connectivity. The 922HS comes in four different colors including pearl white, metallic black, bronze gold and pearl pink. No word on pricing or release dates right now.

Softbank will release a new Samsung phone called the 820SC. It will feature a variety of features like:a 2.6-inch QVGA OLED screen, 1.96megapixel camera with auto-focus, up to 2GB microSD card, 3G connection, music player, infrared, and Bluetooth. The handset will come in gold, black, silver, and red will be released by mid-February 2008.

Hitachi has done nicely as far as cell phones go so far with the W61H. The back side of the new Hitachi W61H is has an e-display or “Silhouette screen” and available in 95 patterns. The Hitachi handset can support 250 minutes of call time along with a 2.8-inch WQVGA display, 2GB microSD, 1.97 megapixel camera and 1-Seg. It should release in Japan by the end of March.
