NEC Launches LiMo N705iμ Handeset

NEC unveiled its LiMo handset called the N705iμ during the Mobile World Congress 2008. It features a 3-inch display with 240 x 427(WQVGA) resolution and 2-megapixel camera with support for a HSDPA network and comes with 190 minutes of continuous calling. Unfortunately there hasn’t been a price or release date for this phone yet. [AVING]

Panasonic P905i

Panasonic has showcased its VIERA phone called the P905i that is based on the LiMO platform during the Mobile World Congress 2008. It features VIERA high-definition technology and has support for a HSDPA network, a GPS function and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. The P905i also features a decent 5.1M camera and 3.2-inch color screen with 480 x 854 pixels. No word on pricing or availability just yet, but you can check more pics out after the jump. PSP entering the market as a gaming/cell phone hybrid is a great concept and would be a good idea. It features a widescreen 3-inch (480 x 272) display, PSP functionality with M2 card slot, dual-slide design, and a functional gamepad. Looks cool and has awesome features. Angstrom Power and Motorola supposedly have hydrogen-powered phones that contain a Hydrogen fuel cell that extracts hydrogen from water and electrons from the hydrogen. I guess you could say it’s kind of a water-powered phone. Oh and if you were wondering about the battery life that’s unknown. [Crave]
