LG GW520 and GT505 Phones

LG has added two new social networking devices to its range with the introduction of LG GW520 and LG GT505. Let’s start with the first one, the GW520 features a 2.8-inch full touchscreen display, a 3-magapixel camera, a full slide-out QWERTY keypad, a 7.2 Mbps HSPDA connectivity, 3G and a WAP 2.0 browser. Meanwhile, the GT505 offers a 3-inch full touchscreen, a 5-megapixel camera, a 3.6 Mbps HSDPA connectivity, Wifi, GPS, 3G and a 30-day free trial of WisePilot for LG. Both handsets are also equipped with features like push notification of updates from various social networking sites, push email and Microsoft Exchange support. The Samsung F480 is now available in a Games Edition, which has five full games pre-installed, including “Pacman”, “Who wants to be a millionaire 2009″ and “Millenium Poker.” The phone also comes with a QVGA touchscreen display, a 5MP autofocus camera, Bluetooth and HSDPA connectivity. Nokia has rolled out another one of its candybar phone namely the Nokia 6730 classic that will soon make its way across Vodafone’s global footprint starting June, meaning in many European markets, as well as some African and Asian ones. This new handset runs on Symbian S60 and features a 2.2-inch QVGA display with 16 million colors, a 3.2MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, GPS, Nokia Maps, personal & business email, Mobile Internet support, Vodafone Music Client, a 1GB microSD card, Bluetooth and supports both quad band GSM connectivity (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) as well as dual band HSDPA connectivity (900/2100 MHz). The Symbian-powered Sony Ericsson Idou cell phone that was unveiled at Mobile World Congress earlier this year will be coming to the market as the “Satio”. The phone features a 3.5-inch touchscreen display at 640 x 350 resolution, a superb 12.1MP digital camera with a xenon flash, dual-band HSPA, and a microSD slot.
