Bluetooth SIG has recently listed the new Samsung phone on their website. This Quad-band GSM handset sports a full touchscreen phone, a 4-inch AMOLED screen, TouchWiz 3.0 UI, Android OS, and Bluetooth 3.0. FYI, the Bluetooth 3.0 supports theoretical data transfer speeds of up to 24 Mbit/s. No word on pricing or availability so far, so stay tuned. [SamsungHub]

Garmin-Asus M10 Smartphone Hits India

Garmin-Asus’ latest smartphone ‘M10‘ has finally arrived in India. The handset is now available in some cities across India for 19,990 INR (about $445). To remind you, the M10 boasts a 3.5-inch 480 x 800 touchscreen display, a Qualcomm 7227 600MHz processor, a 5MP autofocus camera, a 512MB RAM, a 512MB ROM, a 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 1500 mAh battery and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5.3 OS. Bharti Airtel Announces HTC Smart In India

Bharti Airtel has announced the upcoming release of HTC Smart in India via its network. The handset will become available in 30 major cities across India for a suggested retail price of Rs. 9,990 (about $222). To remind you, the HTC Smart offers a 2.8-inch QVGA display, a 3.2-megapixel camera, Sense UI, a microSD card slot, HTC Friendstream (integrating Facebook, Twitter and Flickr), an HTML browser, push email, an FM radio, a 3.5mm headset jack, 3G and runs on Qualcomm’s Brew Mobile platform. The phone is powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5.3 OS, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3G, a 4.1-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with customized NX!
