Nokia 515 Candybar Phone

Check out this newly introduced candybar phone from Nokia, the Nokia 515. Wrapped in lightweight aluminum, this non-smartphone handset packs a 2.4-inch QVGA display with Gorilla Glass 2, a 5MP rear-facing camera with the ability to shoot in Panorama mode, Nokia’s Series 40 UI, a microSD card slot, a single SIM card slot or dual SIM card slots, HSDPA, Mail for Exchange, Nokia Slam sharing service, Nokia XpressBrowser and a 1200mAh battery. Verizon Wireless is set to release a new waterproof Android 4.1 smartphone from Kyocera namely the Hydro Elite. This waterproof handset (can be immersed in up to one meter of water for 30 minutes) will pack a 4.3-inch 1280 x 720 HD touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, dual cameras (1.3MP front & 8MP rear), NFC, Smart Sonic Receiver technology, 4G LTE connectivity, a 2100mAh battery and run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. Here we have another upcoming quad-core Android 4.2 smartphone ‘GPad G3’ from Indian phone maker Gionee. The handset will pack a 5.5-inch 854 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor, a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, a 1GB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, dual cameras (a front-facing camera for video calling & 5MP rear-facing camera), an FM radio, 3G, aGPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 2250mAh battery and run on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS. Vivo X3 Android 4.2 Smartphone

Chinese company BBK has recently launched their latest Android 4.2 smartphone ‘Vivo X3’ in China. Claimed as the world’s thinnest smartphone (5.75mm thick for the blue version & 5.95mm thick for the white version), the Vivo X3 sports a 5.0-inch 720p HD touchscreen display, a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, a 1GB RAM, a 16GB of non-expandable internal storage, dual cameras (5MP front & 8MP rear with 1080p Full HD video capture), an IR sensor, a dedicated audio chip, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. Micromax has released a new quad-core Android 4.2 smartphone for the Indian market. Called the Canvas Doodle 2 A240, the handset packs a 5.7-inch 1280 x 720 IPS touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 1GB RAM, a 12GB of internal storage, dual SIM card slots (GSM + GSM), dual cameras (5MP front & 12MP rear), WiFi, a 2600mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.
