Opus-3

Xolo has recently added a new quad-core Android 4.4 smartphone to its line-up, the Opus 3. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, this mid-range smartphone is packed with a 5.0-inch 1280 x 720 IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, a 533MHz Mali 400 MP2 GPU, a 1GB RAM, an 8GB of expandable internal memory and dual SIM card slots. Apart from that, the handset also features a 5MP front-facing camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens and an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and Sony Exmor R sensor. Iris-401

Here we have another entry-level Android 4.2 smartphone ‘Iris 401′ from Lava Mobiles. Coming in black and blue color options, the Iris 401 has a 4.0-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 1.3GHz dual-core processor, a 256MB RAM, a 512MB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB) and dual SIM card slots. Powered by a 1450mAh battery, the handset packs a 0.3MP front-facing camera, a 3MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and an FM radio, and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. Connectivity-wise, it provides 2G (EDGE), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth with A2DP. Microsoft Lumia 535 Coming Soon To UK

Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone ‘Lumia 535’ is finally making its way to UK. The handset is now listed at Microsoft UK’s official website as ‘Coming Soon’, however, there’s no word on the exact release date yet. Running on Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 OS, the Lumia 535 packs a 5.0-inch 960 x 540 IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, an Adreno 302 GPU, a 1GB RAM and an 8GB of expandable internal storage. Powered by a 1905mAh battery, the handset has a 5MP front-facing camera and a 5MP rear-facing autofocus camera with LED flash. Xolo has listed another quad-core Android 4.4 smartphone ‘Q710s’ on its product page. As part of the Q CORE series, the Q710s is equipped with a 4.5-inch 960 x 640 IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, a Mali 400 MP2 GPU, a 1GB RAM, an 8GB of expandable internal storage. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, the handset has dual SIM card slots, an FM radio, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording and a 2000mAh battery. Gionee-Elife-S5.1

Gionee has unveiled a new octa-core Android 4.4 smartphone called the Elife S5.1. Adopting a magnesium alloy frame, this slim mid-range smartphone (just 5.1mm thick) features a 4.8-inch 1280 x 720 AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor, a Mali 450-MP4 GPU, a 1GB RAM and a 16GB of internal storage. Powered by a 2100mAh battery, the Elife S5.1 sports a 5MP front-facing camera, an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and DTS surround sound support, and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS with Amigo 2.0 UI on top. It also comes with a number of connectivity options including 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS. Panasonic has once again expanded its line of quad-core Android 4.4 smartphones by launching the Eluga I. Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, this mid-range handset sports a 5.0-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS display, a 1GB RAM, an 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB) and dual SIM card slots. Not only that, the handset also packs a 2MP front-facing camera, an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording, an FM radio with RDS and a 2000mAh battery. Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS, the Eluga I provides 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
