Asus Eee Phone Confirmed

Asus’ chairman Jonney Shih has confirmed the Asus Eee phone in a recent interview with the New York Times. Shih said that almost every flat surface could become a display in the future. We will use televisions to surf the Web, watch Internet content but that content will also be available on displays built into walls and mirrors. Other details are scarce, but rumours persist that the Eee Phone will launch in the first half of 2009. Stay tuned for more updates. [UnWiredView]
