<description>i am from pune (india, maharashtra),i always thought that a product by the name of asus will be the best in the world because of the companies experiecne in motherboards, but i am mistaken there is no company to beat nokia in mobile hand sets, i had bought a chinese handset and the problem with it was that it used to loose network when i use it in roaming, always i had a problem so i just dumped it and then used the basic nokia phones which i have 2-3 spare with me, the limitation was the contact book which is very small, now i bought an asus p320 just 2 months back thinking that this is my last mobile i may not have to purchase one again., but to my surprise the money is wasted the network goes on and off when im in local area or roaming i have to set it manually, i dont no what should i do with the phone, i went to the service center just to loose my contact list and all previous data for which they are not responsible, tell me if somebody can what is the next remedy other than dumping as i have spent an hefty amount on this phone.these mobile phone should be tested in roaming and not in the local network, but in asus i always loose the local network also, my colleagues are laughing at me as i bought a technologically advanced product just to spoil my communication.the service people seem to be least bothered as it is a third party service if anybody can give me the companies direct number or some person who is incharge of the indian sales, where i can atleast talk to the right person.if this is not available nobody should buy asus phones till they dont set up these things via media or some advertisment.

thanks
