Asus has recently introduced a new Windows Mobile 6.1-powered smartphone. The Asus P552w is the company’s first smartphone that features the Glide user interface. The handset is powered by the Marvell Tavor 624MHz processor, 256MB of storage capacity, 128MB DDR RAM, 2MP camera fixed focus, GPS navigation and a microSD memory card slot. The Asus P522w also supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz), UMTS 2100MHz, HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Unfortunately, the pricing and availability info are still unknown. [SlashPhone]
