RIM has unveiled the specification of the BlackBerry Curve 9220. Powered by the BlackBerry 7.1 OS, the smartphone features a 2.44-inch (320×240) display with a 512MB of RAM, a 512MB of ROM, a 2-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDGE connectivity.
