RIM BlackBerry Javelin’s specifications have been unveiled. The handset comes equipped a 512 MHz processor, a 256MB flash memory, USB connectivity, a microSD memory card slot, 460 x 360 HVGA+ display, Wi-Fi, an integrated GPS navigation, and a 3.2MP camera.
