The Alcatel OT-990 is a new Android smartphone that comes equipped with a QWERTY keyboard. Measuring at just 11.9mm thick, the handset has a 2.8-inch touchscreen display with a 240×320 pixel resolution, Wi-Fi, a 5-megapixel digital camera and an FM radio. Alcatel has officially announced that the One Touch 355 is headed to T-Mobile UK. This affordable phone has a VGA main camera, GPRS (no 3G, no Wi-Fi), a 2MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot(up to 4GB), a QWERTY keypad, an MP3 player, and an FM radio. O2 UK is about to launch a new touchscreen phone on their network in August. Known as the Alcatel One Touch 602 England Rugby, this rugby-themed handset will feature a special cover and come packed with content dedicated to England Rugby team. In terms of specs, it will offer a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 touchscreen display, a 104MHz processor, a 2.0MP camera, a 4MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 8GB), social networking integration, a microUSB port and a 850mAh battery. Orange UK has listed Alcatel’s newest QWERTY phone ‘OT-355′ on their product page as ‘coming soon’. The handset will be sold on Pay As You Go scheme, however, the company hasn’t given any information yet concerning its price. In terms of specs, the OT-355 sports a small color screen, a 0.3-megapixel camera, a QWERTY keyboard, a microSD card slot (up to 4GB), a music player, an FM tuner and a 9-hour battery. [Orange UK]
TCT Mobile has announced a new QWERTY phone to its range namely the Alcatel One Touch Net. Specs-wise, this candybar phone sports a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display, a 2-megapixel camera, a full QWERTY keyboard, an optical joystick, an 80MB of internal memory, a music player, an FM radio, Bluetooth, EDGE connectivity and provides direct access to Yahoo! services including Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Homepage, Yahoo! Social Pulse, Yahoo! Address Book and Calendar, and Flickr.
