Apple has announced the iPhone’s battery life in their latest press release. Apple iPhone will have 24 hours of audio playback and 8 hours of talk time. They have also upgraded the entire top surface of the phone including the 3.5 inch screen to optical-quality glass to make it scratch resistance and optical clarity.

According to rumor, Apple will be flooding the market with 3 million units of iPhone on launch day. As a comparison, 3 million units is twice the number of consoles shipped by Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft combined on their launch days. However, there is no confirmation from Apple.
