Samsung Korea will release the SCH-W240/SPH-W2400 through mobile carriers SKT and KTF. Features include a 2.0MP camera, 2.3 inch LCD screen, Bluetooth and a USIM card for mobile banking and electronic payments. The phone will be available in Korea for $645. Hit the jump to continue reading.
BenQ unveiled the E72 smartphone at Computex 2007. The candybar handset runs on Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard and is powered by a TI OMAP 1030 260Mhz processor with a 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM. This quad-band GSM handset does not come with 3G capability, however it features Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi connectivity. The E72 also sports a 2 inch QVGA TFT LCD, a 2MP camera, a microSD memory card slot, and voice recording capabilities. No word on the pricing yet.

Samsung SPH-W2400 has a design that reminds us of earlier DMB handsets. The SPH-W2400 a.k.a. the SCH-W240 offers a wide range of multimedia functions including a built-in MP3 player, DMB support, and TV-out. The phone also provides a 2MP digicam, and Bluetooth connectivity. The device is actually an HSDPA handset, which means it is compatible with 3.5G technology worldwide. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing so far.
Rumors say that Samsung T729 and T419 phones will be available soon from T-Mobile USA. The Samsung SGH-T729 is actually a replacement of Samsung SGH-T719 and the MotoRIZR. This slider phone features SureType hybrid keyboard and BlackBerry Connect and packs a 1.3MP camera and 176×220 (262k colors) display. The Samsung SGH-T419 is a clamshell with a VGA camera, 128×160 screen, Bluetooth and sports an integrated antenna. There is no official confirmation yet from either Samsung or T-Mobile USA.

The Nokia 7500 phone has been approved by the FCC. The handset carries Bluetooth connectivity and sports for both GPRS and EDGE. Nothing much is known about this mid-range handset. Stay tuned for more updates!
