GSM association website reported that Sony Ericsson will launch the W999i phone that will be equipped with HSDPA support, 2.4 inch 262k color screen with a QVGA resolution, and a 2MP shooter with autofocus, and FM Radio. The handset will be released in Q2 2007.

According to rumors, the Nokia 8600 a.k.a. Luna will be released this May 25th. The phone features a smoked glass cover, a 2MP shooter, an integrated MP3 player, 128MB of internal memory, and an integrated FM radio. Pricing info is still unknown.

Samsung unveils its new HSDPA handsets in Korea. Samsung’s SCH-W270 and SCH-W290 boast a 1.3MP camera, an integrated MP3 player, a 2.3 inch color display, an electronic dictionary, Bluetooth connectivity, and Microsoft Office compatibility. Both handsets will be available in The States for around $430.

The Almighty FCC has approved the new fashion phone GlamPhone ELLE N3. It is actually the third fashion phone released by Alcatel and ELLE. The phone comes with a 256k colors TFT display screen, a built in bluetooth, 1.3MP shooter, and music player.
