LG comes back with two new clamshells for CDMA networks. The first clamshell phone is LG VX-8700 that sports a 2MP digital camera, EV-DO radio connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity, and a microSD expansion. The second clamshell phone is the LG LX-570 music phone which features a glossy black coat, a 1.3MP shooter, FM tuner, EV-DO and Bluetooth and a tune-controlling D-pad. There’s also a micro-SD slot for extra storage.

There is no news on the release date of price of the LG VX-8700 and the LG LX-570 as yet. But I’m sure they will be available soon.

Samsung launched in Korea the SPH-W2500, a new W-CDMA/HSDPA/GSM/3G phone that has a 2MP digicam, a VGA screen, 3D menus, an MP3 player, and a microSD card reader. The handset is just 13.8mm thick. Pricing has not been announced yet.

LG has released in Korea the LC-3200 handset which is capable of handling different CDMA frequencies. The handset comes jam packed with a 1.3MP digicam, an integrated MP3 player, an electronic dictionary, and a unique slider design. Pricing and availability details are currently unknown. Motorola phone lovers must be happy to hear that the Motorola V3xx has been approved by FCC. You can expect the phone to debut anytime soon on the Cingular Network. This quad-band GSM/EDGE with 850/1900 WCDMA has been tweaked according to Cingular’s preferences and includes 1.3MP shooter, MicroSD slot, stereo Bluetooth, and support for streaming audio and video.
