LG has just unveiled their KV2300 which features a 1.3MP camera, 90mb of memory, and a Mp3 player. The phone comes in black or red. No word on price or availability. Via Akihabara News.
The AKU2 updates adds a push email function to the Windows Mobile 5.0 device for Verizon Users. Just go to the Verizon Support Page and click on “XV6700 Software Update” on the very bottom right. This update includes:
• Direct Push Technology- Keep your Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Inbox up-to-date using Direct Push Technology. Plus, you can now browse your corporate address book over-the-air with Exchange 2003 SP2. Faster transfer and synchronization of data- Outlook data sent between Exchange Server and a Windows Mobile-based device is significantly compressed, enabling faster transfer and synchronization of data.
• Better protection of device data and management of devices
• Added a Voice Dialing application to allow you to leverage the handsfree capability already on the device.
• Main Today Screen provides you the capability to lock the device and prevent inadvertently activity.
• Corrected an issue where unknowingly, to the user, the device would enter into “Flight Mode”
• Added the capability to enable Wi-Fi and CDMA simultaneously.
The KG99 is LG’s latest chocolate phone which features a 2,62,000 colors colors TFT-LCD (176 x 220) display screen, microSD slot for memory expansion, music player, an internal FM radio receiver, Bluetooth, and an integrated camera w/flash. It measures 95 mm x 52 mm x 9.9 mm and weighs in at 73g. This LG KG99 works well with GSM Triband 900/ 1800/ 1900.

Cingular launches the LG CG225 which is an entry-level clamshell Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) handset. Features include a VGA camera with 4x digital zoom, speakerphone, instant messaging using AOL, Yahoo!, MSN & ICQ, and some pre-installed games. Using this clamshell phone, you can store up to 255 contacts which can personalized with photo caller ID. In addition, LG CG225 also has a high-speed class 10 GPRS connectivity. Dimensions are 3.36 Inches x 1.89 Inches x 0.9 Inches and weights 3.27 ounces.

LG’s KH-1000 is a wide-screen slider phone that features a 2.2-inch widescreen TFT-LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, 2GB flash memory, 1GB SDRAM, and video conferencing capabilities. The price is reported to be $844 which is pretty expensive for a cellphone. Via RegHardware.
