The TS30 is a new 9.9mm thin triband GSM phone from Toshiba. It has 1.93 Inch QVGA screen, a 1.3MP camera, music player, MicroSD slot, and FM radio. Using 1GB microSD cards, you can also store MP3, or pictures on this phone. Bluetooth and SMTP/POP email support are also included. Toshiba claims that TS30 has 6.25 days of standby time, or up to 2.5 hours of talk time. The price is around HK$1680 or about $215. In addition, the Toshiba TS30 will also ship in Taiwan and Europe, though perhaps with a different name. You can find more details at SmarTone.

Samsung and LG have officially confirmed to release HSDPA phones in Korea. Samsung Electronics releases the SPH-W2100 slider while LG releases LG-KH-1000 Slider. Samsung SPH-W2100 supports terrestrial DMB services. It is equipped with a 2.0 MP camera and an MP3-player. Its specs are similar to another HSDPA-model SCH-W200, but the latter supports satellite DMB services.

Nextel will launched their new cellphones, the Nextel i880. It seems that the i880 is a small phone with stylish design. No word on pricing and availability. N908 is NEC’s new credit card sized which supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, 3GP and MPEG4 files. The NEC N908 screen is big since there is no keypad. It has a microSD expansion slot, and a 1.3MP camera.
