NEC has showcased some of high-tech concept phones at the Wireless Japan Expo. Here are some of our favorites. The cell phone with the leather strap can double as a communication device as well as a girlfriend spanking device.

Nec has rolled out its new ultra slim phone, the Foma N703iμ, which comes equipped with a 1.3MP camera and a privacy angle screen to prevent unwanted person from viewing your phone activity. This 11.4mm thin 3G phone has 49 LEDs on the cover which displays icons for different phone alerts such as incoming calls, emails, sms, etc.
A Germany-based MobileGadgets provides us this short video of NEC’s n908 touchscreen phone that we mentioned several months ago. Just to remind you that the phone features a 1.3MP shooter, dual stereo speakers, microSD card slot, Bluetooth and USB connectivity. Video after the jump.

NEC N3306 cell phone just received the FCC’s seal of approval. The N3306 is a GSM phone that supports T-Flash/microSD memory cards and features handwriting recognition, a dedicated MP3 music player access key on the front of the device, and a camera key on the side. You can also find a basic WAP browser on the phone, as it supports GPRS for getting online. No word on pricing or availability yet.
N908 is NEC’s new credit card sized which supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, 3GP and MPEG4 files. The NEC N908 screen is big since there is no keypad. It has a microSD expansion slot, and a 1.3MP camera. Users can synchronize the phone with their PC via the USB or Bluetooth. There is no info on pricing. Via MobileMagazine and Slashphone.
