Orange SPV M3100 Smartphone

Orange claims its Orange SPV M3100 smartphone is the first smartphone to support HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access). However, this smartphone is able to communicate with conventional networks such as 3G, WiFi, GPRS, and EDGE. Powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, Orange SPV M3100 is available in the UK for around $600. The smartphone measures 113 mm x 58 mm x 22 mm and weights 176 grams.

Sharp’s New W-ZERO3 Smartphone

Sharp W-ZERO3 Smartphone will be featured an Intel PXA270 processor (416-MHz), a 640 x 480 2.8 Inch display, 1.3MP camera, Wi-Fi, miniSD card slot, OneSeg TV expansion, USB connectivity, and a full QWERTY keypad. It measures 2.8 Inch x 5.1 Inch x 1 Inch and weighs 6.1 ounces. The device will be available for $260 USD.

The HTC MTeoR is the world’s first 3G Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone with a slim and stylish candy bar design. It has 2.2″ TFT LCD screen and built-in 1.3 Megapixel camera. The MTeoR features Windows Mobile 5.0 Direct Push technology for immediate synchronization of email, calendar and notes plus document viewers for PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The HTC MTeoR measures 112.4 mm x 49 mm x 14.8 mm and weight 120 grams, it will be available by end of July. Along with the MTeoR, HTC also launches the TyTN (or it is also called the HTC Hermes) which is targetted at business users on the move. HTC Hermes offers different types of connectivity options including: tri-band UMTS 3G, plus GSM, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a mini-USB port. It also features the QWERTY keyboard, 2.8 Inch colour displays with touch-screen, a jog wheel for easy, one-hand operation, and 2 Megapixel camera plus a secondary VGA camera for video conferencing.
