Philips is gearing up to drop another dual SIM phone in Russia called the Xenium X623. Coming in a candybar form factor, the handset sports a 2.4-inch 240 x 320 display, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots, a 5.0MP camera, an FM radio with RDS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a USB port and a 2000mAh battery (up to 23 hours of talk time or up to 50 days in standby).
