The Samsung i740 Windows Mobile 6.1 GPS enabled 2.5G smartphone is now official. The handset comes jam packed with 3.2MP digicam with autofocus, a huge 2.8 inch QVGA display, a built-in GPS sensor, FM radio and optical joystick. Samsung today unveiled the M150, its attractive bar type phone with captivating design. Available in light gray, charcoal gray, pure white, lavender pink and ice blue, the handset comes equipped with a softly brushed hairline pattern, which is exclusively found on many of Samsung’s famous full-metal phones. Other features included mp3 player, an embedded VGA camera, MPEG4 video recording technology, FM radio with recording function and 20MB internal memory. The Samsung Omnia pocket PC phone will be available in Europe later this month. Samsung will release this handset in Italy on July 22nd, 2008. The 8GB edition (along with an Xbox 360 Arcade) will be priced at €499 ($789) without a subsidy. [SlashPhone]

Samsung’s new rugged phone, the GT-B2700, features quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, 1.9 inch (176 × 220 pixels) display, an integrated FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, a built-in compass and altimeter, MP3 playback capability, a 30MB internal memory and microSD memory card slot. If you want to buy a new GPS enabled smartphone, you can choose the new handset from Samsung. Known as the Samsung i740 is powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile Pro 6.1 with Touch display support, GSM/EDGE (2.5G), Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 624Mhz CPU, an integrated GPS, a 3MP digital camera and an FM tuner.
