
Sharp has released the Sharp 812SH in 20 colors! This W-CDMA clamshell provides a 2.4 inch display (240 x 320 pixels) supporting 260,000 colors and an external 0.8 inch OLED display. It also supports a 2MP shooter with video recording, a Micro SD card slot, and an advanced face recognition which wont unlock the phone unless it sees you. The Sharp 812SH measures 49mm × 97mm × 17.6mm and will be available in Japan by February, 2007.

Still remember the Sharp 911SH with cycloid-styled LCD display, which we mentioned several weeks ago? Now we have its video preview from ITechNews. To refresh your mind, its 3.0-inch ASV (Advanced Super View) display uses similar technology found in Sharp’s AQUOS line of LCDs. Other features include dua cameras - a 2.0MP camera and 1.1MP external camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and a microSD card slot.

Its LCD screen is perfect for viewing digital media because it uses similar technology that found in Sharp’s AQUOS line of LCDs.
