Samsung’s SCH-W300 a.k.a. the UFO phone is an HSDPA cell with 7.2Mbps download speed. The phone is able to download an MP3 file in 4.4 seconds or a video file in 44 seconds. This slider has a 2MP camera, Bluetooth and transportation card function. The UFO phone will be available firstly in Korea, with a suggested price of below $630.
A Chinese website has posted a phone casing of the Sony Ericsson mobile phone. The back of the phone casing is showing a camera protection case with “3x optical zoom” printed on it. This phone casing seems to be too slim to fit in the 3x optical zoom lens.
Boost Mobile has added the new Motorola i425 to its collection. This candy bar has wireless web, messaging (AOL, Yahoo and MSN instant messaging), speaker phone, voice-activated dialing, GPS and walkie-talkie. However, this two-toned titanium gray/black slate phone does not support Bluetooth connectivity. Motorola’s i425 will be available this fall.
Sharp’s WX-T81’s 3G phone comes jam packed with dual screen which are a 2.2″ LCD screen that supports up to 240 x 320 resolutions, and a 262K ASV-CGS color display. The flip phone also comes equipped with dual cameras, which are a 1.1MP for video conferencing and a 2.0MP and photos snapping. As usual, there is no word yet on pricing or availability.
