HP Introduces iPAQ 600 and 900 Series Mobile Phones

HP’s iPAQ 600 Business Navigator comes equipped with integrated GPS, a 2.8-inch touch screen, 128MB of RAM, 256MB of ROM, 3MP autofocus shooter, WiFi, and Windows Mobile 6 Professional. This handset is powered by 520MHz Marvell PXA270 processor. Meanwhile, the iPAQ 900 series features a standard QWERTY keypad, and a 2.46-inch display. Both cellphones will be released before the year’s out.
