The HTC S640 CDMA handset is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Pro and a 400Mhz Qualcomm CPU with 128MB RAM. The smartphone also offers 2.8 inch QVGA (320×240 display), CDMA, 2MP shooter with auto-focus, and 3G EVDO. No word on pricing or availability yet.
