Willcom x Plate Phone

Willcom just released the X Plate cell phone that has W-OAM technology (Willcom-Optimized Adaptive Modulation) that allows a Japan-only handset to be used in China, Thailand or Taiwan with the proper PIM card. The X Plate features Internet browsing, Java and Flash support, and a 1.8 display. No word on pricing or availability for this model yet.
