Samsung today announced the Samsung D780 dual-SIM cell phone for the Asian and European markets. The phone comes equipped with 2MP shooter with video recording capability, 2.1 inch 256k color QVGA resolution, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, USB 2.0 connectivity, microSD memory card slot, MP3 playback and an integrated FM radio.
