Google Maps Navigation Application For Android Phones

Google has released a new free application for Google Android-enabled smartphones, called Google Maps Navigation. The application works like any navigation system that you may have used. It features turn by turn directions which are powered by Google Maps, Google Voice recognition and Google Street View. However, Google is not sure whether Google Maps Navigation will work on older Android phones or not. [Geeky Gadgets]

This is a great feature, I’ll be able to use the Maps a lot.

I am definitely looking to get an Android phone when its time for me to upgrade.
