It looks like the new G1 Google Mobile Phone is big in size and heavy. However, the handset is lightweight and portable. What makes this any different than the HTC wing, other than a few modifications with the specs. HTC is a joke, and their products are crap. I had a wing, and I went through 4 of them because they kept crashing and freezing. I am assuming it has Windows Mobile on it, which is a joke as well. I am happy with my iPhone, and I don’t care if this does come from Google, I wouldn’t take this if they handed it to me.
Sal, the google phone is an Open OS called android i think? its basically linux on a phone, which allows for more room to grow and improve quicker than a windows, or a Iphone. You’d have to look into the differences between the three to get the facts completely, within a few months, it will most likely be close to apples quality of a OS.
sal get serious, with the iphone in order to get homebrew apps yu have to jail break it which voids the warrenty that ur service provider gets because APPLE does not have a warrenty for thier products because they are monopolists on thier products. the android phones is open source and htc is a great company they accutally BACK THIER PRODUCTS WITH A WARRENTY when ur iphone shatters cuz u drop (which it will the screen is made of glass) it dont come crying and also apple stole thier touch screen technology from neonode, HTC makes thier own technology and doesent turn mp3 players into phones.
