HTC has finally confirmed the availability of the Merge Android CDMA phone. The phone will be available with “multiple North American carriers beginning in Spring 2011.” The new HTC Merge features a 3.8-inch touchscreen display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5-megapixel camera with AutoFocus and 720p video recording, GPS, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. What’s more, the Merge is powered by the Google Android 2.2 OS with HTC’s Sense user interface. [TFTS]
