HTC Wildfire Now Available In India

HTC has decided to release the Wildfire in India for about 16,000 INR ($343) unlocked. As a cheaper alternative to the HTC Desire and HTC Legend, the Wildfire is an Android-powered handset that boasts a 3.2-inch QVGA touchscreen display with the Sense UI, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.5mm headset jack, a Stereo FM radio with RDS, an HTML browser, a social networking integration (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace) and a 5MP AutoFocus camera with flash. The smartphone is powered by a 528MHz processor, a 512MB ROM and a 384MB RAM. Its 1300mAh battery is capable of providing up to 8-hour of talk time or up to 480-hour of stand-by time. [UnWiredView]

why is every phone launced so late in india.its very frustating
