I have had mine for 9 months now. I had to take it in for a service 3 months ago because all the keys on the left side stopped working. One thing with the phones though in very bright sunlight the key pad is hard to see due to the metalic coloured key pad. The sun reflexs of the pad plus hard to see what is on the screen outdoors.
