KDDI's First BRAVIA Phone

The Sony Ericsson UI is now available via KDDI network, which is actually the first BRAVIA handset from this network carrier. The handset adopts Sony Bravia Technology and Sony Blu-ray forwarding technology allowing you to enjoy Blu-ray movie on your phone by syncing it to a Blu-ray player. The Sony Ericsson U1 also has a 3-inch WVGA LCD display, a microSDHC card slot (up to 16GB), waterproof (IPX5/IPX7), a 5MP digital camera with Auto focus, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and 1Seg TV. No word on pricing at this time. [Akihabara]
