LG's First Android Smartphone

LG has announced their first Android-based smartphone. Previously known as “Etna”, the new LG-GW620 boasts a 3-inch full touchscreen and slide out QWERTY keypad to meet the growing needs of consumers who rely on their mobile phones for more than just making calls. The phone will be available in the fourth quarter of this year in select European markets. Unfortunately, there is no info on when this handset will be available in the US market. Stay tuned for more updates. [LG]

Looks really good, better than the t-mobile G1 I think, LG phones havnt been that good recently and I think by adding android to there handsets it will boost sales a lot.

I wonder if there is a chrome OS that google is about to release specifically for the android. Regardless that LG above is one sexy piece of tech.
