LG has decided to release the LG Optimus Black in the UK next week. This Android-powered phone comes jam packed with a colorful and crisp 4-inch NOVA display that produces 700 nits of brightness, a 5-megapixel camera, a secondary front-facing 2-megapixel camera for video calls, a 1GHz processor and the Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS (Upgradeable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread). For your info, the LG Optimus Black is claimed to be “the world’s thinnest smartphone”. [Ubergizmo]
