Meizu has once again expanded its line of 4G LTE-enabled Android 5.0 smartphones by launching the MX5e. Coming in a metal body design (w/ magnesium alloy frame), this mid-range smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, an octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795T) 64-bit processor, a PowerVR G6200 GPU, a 3GB RAM and a 16GB/32GB of internal storage.
Featuring dual SIM card slots (4G+4G), the handset is built with a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, a 16MP rear-facing camera with 6P lenses, laser autofocus, dual tone LED flash and 4K video recording, an mBack touch-sensitive home button, Meizu’s mTouch 2.0 fingerprint recognition technology and a 3150mAh battery (w/ mCharge).
Running on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Flyme OS 4.5 on top, the MX5e provides 4G LTE (TD-LTE / LTE-FDD), 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS for connectivity.
