Meizu Unveils A New 4G LTE-Enabled Android 4.4 Smartphone

Here we have another newly unveiled 4G LTE-enabled Android 4.4 smartphone from Meizu for the Chinese market. Called the Meizu m1, this budget-friendly smartphone sports a 5.0-inch 1280 x 768 HD IPS display, a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732 64-bit processor, a 500MHz Mali-T760 MP2 GPU, a 1GB RAM and an 8GB of expandable internal storage (up to 128GB). Powered by a built-in 2610mAh battery, the handset comes complete with a 5MP front-facing camera with 69-degree wide-angle lens and a 13MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. For connectivity, it provides 4G TD-LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Finally, the m1 runs on Flyme OS based on Android 4.4 KitKat. The Meizu m1 will be available for pre-order starting on February 5th via T Mall in China for 699 Yuan (about $112). [Product Page]
