Microvision today announced the availability of the SHOWWX+ laser micro-projector, which is 50% brighter than its predecessor. This portable projector is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch by projecting a 16:9 image with a size going from 12-inch to 100-inch. The SHOWWX+ also has a super-short throw, so you might even be able to use it on the back seat of a plane or during an elevator pitch. The projector comes with a battery that will provide around 90 – 120 minutes of battery life. The MicroVision SHOWWX+ retails for $449 each. [Ubergizmo]
