TechFaith Wireless has released the very first Windows Mobile Professional-based phone running in CDMA for Mexico. The Techfaith Moffet is a CDMA-based 3G smartphone which comes with a 2-megapixel cam, 128MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM, Bluetooth, WiFi, and a 2.8-inch QVGA.
