Android and Me has posted the spec list for the upcoming Motorola Morrison. This Android smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm 528MHz CPU and feature a 320 x 480 HVGA display, a 5MP camera with autofocus, an accelerometer sensor, a 256MB of RAM, a 512MB of flash memory, a microSDHC card slot (up to 32GB), GPS, 3G and WiFi connectivity.
