Mozilla Seabird Concept Phone

by Johan on September 23, 2010

The Mozilla Seabird is part of the Mozilla Labs’ Concept Series. This futuristic handset is an experiment in how users might interact with their mobile content as devices and technology advances. The Mozilla Seabird features a Bluetooth earpiece, which integrates an IR sensor so you can wave it around and pan around on the phone just by moving the Bluetooth earpiece. There are also a couple of pico projectors. The first pico projector displays the phone’s screen menu on a wall, while the secondary pico projector projects a “virtual keyboard” onto a flat surface for users to type on. Watch the video after the jump to get more details.
