The Wristfone from Neutrano is a GSM wristwatch phone that features a 1.4-inch full color touchscreen display, a 1.3MP shooter with video recording capability, Bluetooth, music, video and photo players. The phone will be released in September for around $200 with contract. You can also buy the unlock version, but you should spend an extra $100-$200.
