Samsung’s latest Star TV phone, the S5233T, is now available in South East Asia. Samsung has upgraded the phone’s UI to provide rich graphical controls. You can now flick the screen to switch channels or one-click on the screen to capture and record your favorite TV channel. Sadly, there is no info on pricing or availability so far. [SamsungHub]
