Nokia unleashed its latest Nseries phone, the Nokia N79 Active, that comes equipped with the Polar Bluetooth WearLink heart rate belt. In case you didn't know, Polar is famous for its active gear. The N79 Active also features A-GPS tracking, and the Nokia Sports Tracker application to record and publish your running or biking routes onto the web.
