Brando showed off the NOKIR E828 at the 3 GSM World Congress in Spain. It looks like the Nokia N73. The handset comes with 240 x 320 pixels display, a 2MP shooter with video recording capability, MP3 and MPEG4 playback, Java games support, and voice recorder. Measuring 110mm x 55mm x 14mm and weighing 104grams, the E828 works well on the 900/1800MHz GSM network. Mobile Brando sells the NOKIR E828 for $200.
