
Casio has released their latest rugged cell phone for Verizon Wireless. Known as the Casio G’zOne Rock, the clamshell phone meets mil-spec 810F compliance for high shock, vibration, water, dust, and extreme temperatures. The phone also features touch-sensitive music controls, thermometer, compass, pedometer, a 2MP digicam with Flash, Stereo Bluetooth, GPS, and EV-DO REV A support. The HypnosEye from Mighty Technology Japan is a palm-size projector allowing you to project images from the screen of your iPhone or iPod Touch onto a bigger screen. Nokia has officially announced the availability of its N900 smartphone in the US market. The handset is sold for $649 unlocked via Nokia Flagship stores in New York and Chicago or online and through various independent retailers and e-tailers including Amazon.
