The clamshell Samsung SGH-T609 comes with an integrated MP3 player, 1.8-inch TFT LCD with 176 x 220 pixel resolution which is capable in displaying up to 65,000 colors. The SGH-T609 features quad-band (850/900/1800/1900) capabilities, perfect for roaming on GSM networks worldwide. Dimensions are 3.6 inches x 1.8 inches x 0.9 inches with the weight only 2.9 ounces. You also get a speakerphone, voice dialing, and five-way conference calling and can also store up to 1000 contacts in the phone’s memory, as well as 250 on the SIM card. Nokia Releases N91, First Hard Drive Phone in US

Nokia’s new N91, the first hard-drive-based phone in the US, appeared on the Nokia USA Web site with a surprisingly reasonable $599.99 price. It is a Symbian Series 60 smartphone with a 4 gigabyte hard drive and 2-megapixel digital camera. This cellphone supports MP3, AAC, or WMA format. N91 also supports FM radio. The phone connects to the Internet via either EDGE or Wi-Fi. It is now available at Nokia’s new store in Chicago. Via Gearlog.
